1. When boat is in unrestricted waters and automatic pump-out is desired, open seacock, insert
keyintoswitchandturnto“automaticpower”position(A).
2. Asholdingtankcontentlevelincreasesandraisesthe“mid”leveloat,thedischargepump
starts(B).Agreen“tankdischarge”lightindicateswhenthedischargepumpisoperating.
3. Whentankcontentlevelfallsbelowthe“low/empty”probe,thepumpautomaticallystops
operating (C).
4. Ifpump-outisdesiredbutthe“mid”leveloathasnotactivatedthedischargepump,turnthe
keytothe“manualstart”position(B1).Holdthekeyuntiltankdischargeiscomplete,thenlet
keyreboundto“off”position.
Caution!
Donotallowdischargepumptooperateforanextendedperiodoftimewhenthereisno
dischargefromholdingtank.Damagetopumpmayresult.

2. Ifseacockisclosed,theinterlockswitchsendsasignaltothepanel,theyellow“caution”
indicator turns on, and the discharge pump will not start. To start discharge pump with key in
“automaticpower”position,opentheseacock,andpumpwillstart(B).Agreen“tankdischarge”
light indicates when the discharge pump is operating.
3. Whentankcontentlevelfallsbelowthe“low/empty”probe,thepumpautomaticallystopsoper-
ating (C).
4. Ifpump-outisdesiredbutthe“mid”leveloathasnotactivatedthedischargepump,turnthe
keytothe“manualstart”position(B1).Holdthekeyuntiltankdischargeiscomplete,thenlet
keyreboundto“off”position.
